Hi, I'm Denisa
I am a psychological counselor/ emotional coach, and a yoga teacher, a mother of two, and have spent many years working in high-performance environments.
I know what it feels like to constantly function, carry high expectations, and lose connection with yourself along the way.
Today, I support women in stepping out of this state and returning to their own balance – through a mind-body (integrative) approach that combines psychology, gentle yoga, and mindful practices.
